 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an amazing tour with our guide Rich, he was great at making us feel confident and tailoring our tour to our abilities. We booked a mount Wellington summit decent and rainforest adventure ride. The views at the top were phenomenal all be it a little chilly but they provided us with additional jackets if we needed them. Rich kept us safe on the decent following behind in the van. Rich then joined us for the rainforest adventure giving a guided tour and excellent commentary of the ride. We even saw a wallaby !! We would highly recommend this tour for all abilities as long as you can ride a bike. The bikes were very well maintained and all gear provided was in great shape. My husband and I wanted to have a memorable end to our honeymoon by mountain biking the North South Track and we couldn’t speak more highly of the experience provided by Rich and Zoe. They were so easy to communicate with and provided everything we would need (even when we didn’t pack appropriately) to have an amazing experience including bike hire (the e-bikes are so worth it for the non-guided tours), jackets, gloves, maps and a lift to the top of Mount Wellington. Highly recommend booking with them if you are looking for a bit more adventure to add to your Hobart trip.

Our guide Rich was friendly, funny, patient and extremely knowledgeable about the area.     Gave us heaps of time to enjoy the views and soak up the sunshine.    The shop is easy to find. Zoe is an absolute superstar organiser. We had a tight schedule with another activity booked right after our ride, and she coordinated our timing perfectly so we arrived right on time without feeling rushed. Phil was a fantastic guide for our Mt. Wellington summit descent. He made sure we felt safe and well looked after the entire time. Instead of rushing us, he stopped often to show us incredible spots and share great local information as we rode through beautiful trails and lush rainforest. This 4-hour guided tour is perfect for everyone. You don't need to be a seasoned cyclist—beginners can easily do this and have an amazing time. Thank you, Phil and Zoe!
