The bikes were good quality and the team took the time to set them up properly for us - including setting forks and shocks to the right pressures. Their communication was great and on the day they helped us plan great rides that were suited to our abilities. AMAZING adventure!!!! We are 65 & 66yrs. Previous bike riders and walkers. The company were Professional from initial booking to the end. We felt safe and Richard constantly updated all riders on the track, how to stay safe and how to deal with different elements. Definitely recommend. We loved this mountain bike adventure. The activity was well planned and Phil made regular stops to regroup us, check on our progress, let us know what was coming up in the next segment, and to offer advice and support. Before the tour the features of the bike were explained. I’ve done mountain bike tours before and they were never this thorough or enjoyable. We gained so much local knowledge during Phil’s regular stops. Although it was foggy and rainy at times during the ride the whole group came away happy and content with the whole tour package. Our safety was considered during every aspect of the tour. It’s obvious Phil and Zoe take pride in their business and deserve every tourism award they’ve won. Phil and Zoe delivered a thoroughly professional and enjoyable experience. What I liked was how they introduced us to our bikes and informed us along the way what to expect ahead on the ride and how to tackle it.
